Return & Refund Policy - Rangilo Chhabilo

At Rangilo Chhabilo (a brand by Shubh Sankalp Services Pvt Ltd), our commitment is to deliver wholesome Pahadi goodness right to your doorstep.

Non-Returnable Items

Since our products are consumable food items, returns are not accepted. The only exceptions are when you receive the wrong product or the item is damaged/defective at the time of delivery.

Any such issue must be reported within 4 (four) days of receiving the order.

Once the returned product is received and reviewed by our team, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your request.

Refunds are only applicable in cases where the error is from our side (wrong or defective product). Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to source account in 7 to 14 buisness days.

How to Initiate a Return

If a return is applicable, the shipping cost will need to be covered by you, unless the issue is due to our mistake. We strongly suggest using a trackable courier service and keeping the receipt until the process is completed. We cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

  • Your complete name
  • Order ID
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Clear photos if the product is damaged or defective

Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours with further instructions and the return address.

In the Spirit of Transparency

Every return request is carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Products showing signs of misuse, mishandling, or delay in reporting will not be eligible for return. Requests raised after the 4–day period cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
