Rangilo Chhabilo brings to you products from the high ridges and quiet valleys of Garhwal and Kumaon, ensuring authentic Himalayan produce at the root of our products. Each ingredient is gathered from wilderness of the Himalayas with the sole intension to bring the true flavours of the mountains.

Rangilo Chhabilo aims at generating employment by partnering with women-led Self-Help Groups across Uttarakhand to create dignified, year-round work in the villages that raised us. Beyond livelihoods, we invest in developing skills such as enterprise management, quality, finance, and leadership. In our kitchens, traditional recipes are lovingly preserved while time-intensive methods are gently simplified with better tools and training. Fair pay, transparent sourcing, and consistent quality are an everyday practice. The result is honest, everyday food that carries the taste of the Himalayas and the strength of the women who make it.
